What we collect
Almost nothing. This site has no accounts, no contact forms and no online ordering. We never ask you for your name, your email or your phone number.
The only thing collected is anonymous usage statistics — and only if you accept them.
Analytics cookies
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they found us. It tells us what to improve — nothing more.
If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, Google Analytics is never loaded at all: no cookie is written and no request is sent to Google.
| Name | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics — tells one visitor from another | 2 years |
_ga_LDC9SP54NG | Google Analytics — keeps track of your session | 2 years |
lento-consent | Remembers your choice below (stored in your browser, technically not a cookie) | Until you clear your browser data |
Why we're allowed to
Your consent, and only your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). There is no legitimate-interest argument hiding behind these cookies: if you say no, nothing happens.
Who else sees it
Google Ireland Limited processes the analytics data on our behalf. That data may be transferred outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
We keep analytics data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically. We don't sell it, share it or use it for advertising.
The map on the homepage
Our homepage embeds a Google map so you can find the restaurant. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to it being processed. Message us and we'll sort it out — no forms, no procedure.
If you think we've handled your data badly, you can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
Changed your mind?
You can switch your choice whenever you like — accepting today doesn't tie you to anything tomorrow.
